1 Scope of application
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all business relationships between MYE Digital Management Ltd, House of Francis, Room 303, Ile Du Port, Mahe, Seychelles (hereinafter “we” or “us”) and our customers (hereinafter “customer” or “you”).

3. Conclusion of contract
The presentation of the products on our website does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to place an order. By clicking on the “Order” button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation by e-mail immediately after receiving your order.

4. Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The revocation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

5. Prices and terms of payment
The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components. Payment shall be made by bank transfer or other payment methods offered on the website.

6. Delivery conditions
Delivery will be made within the delivery time stated on the product page. If an item is not available, we will inform you immediately.

7. Exclusion and limitation of liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. We shall only be liable for simple negligence in the event of a breach of a material contractual obligation, the fulfillment of which is essential for the proper execution of the contract and on the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely.

9. Dispute resolution

10. Final provisions
Amendments and supplements to these GTC must be made in writing. Should a provision of these GTC be invalid, the remainder of the contract shall remain valid. The relevant statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision.
